Theatre 2 with fully opened stage (both sides) and additional 'Heart Space' seating

The state of the art, new performance facilities at BHSA provide a flexible and impressive venue for a wide variety of activities. In total there are three spaces which, when combined, measure 45 x 10m. Given its flexibility and size it is popular in the Birkenhead, Wirral area for a range of different events.

These spaces have been the venue for many....to name a couple...... the internationally renowned guitarists, the Katona Twins and Liverpool Mozart Orchestra as well as hosting the annual Wirral Speech and Music festivals. . The performance spaces offer flexible high quality accommodation to showcase the talents of your aspiring performers

Theatre 2, consists of the main Theatre but with the stage screens opened to make the space double sided. This adds the ‘heart space’, an open area with stepped seating and mezzanine floor offering additional fixed seating for 200 (steps) plus flexible options for an additional 200 (100 seats in front of stage and 100 on mezzanine level).

This space (Theatre 2) consists of our Theatre, Stage & Heart Space and can increase audience size from 300 to 700. There is an option to provide refreshments from the café bar service area whilst the canteen can be utilised for events catering/dressing areas as required.
